Inverse Functions on Your Own


What you do:


Enter an algebraic expression defining an original function f(x) =

     and then

enter an algebraic expression defining the inverse function g(x) =


          (Use calculator syntax.
           For logarithms to base 2 or 10, use log2(x) or log10(x).
           Use sqrt(x) for the cube root function.
           Use cubert(x) for the cube root function.)
