You will need
Adobe
Acrobat Reader 4 or higher to read the files on this site. If you
are using Acrobat Reader 3, you will need to obtain the forms plugin.
If you are using Acrobat Exchange 3.01, then you will need to obtain a
different forms plugin
for Acrobat pdf files on this site to work properly. Of course, it is best
to upgrade to Acrobat Reader 4 or higher. You can down load the necessary
software from the Adobe Site by selecting the AAR link. AAR is free software
and has no timelimit on its ownership. Macintosh files are also available
at the Adobe site.
