    I forgot to give the assignment in class, so it won't be due until Thursday. Here it is:
    • Page 71 # 2.107
    • Page 136 #4.80 and 4.84.
    (Three problems.)

    • Reminder: Data Project Part 1 is due next Monday -- See the handout for more information, but what you need to do is:
      • Write a description of what you did -- your project choice and how you collected the data
      • Calculate summary statistics and present them for the two groups in a table
      • Display your data at least three different ways (do not pool the data)
    • Vocabulary Lists Updated (through Chapter 4) -- Now there are two: one is in alphabetical order and one is listed by chapter.

    • About getting emails sent out through Blackboard -- The Blackboard people tell me, "As long as a student sets up their preferred email address in WebReg then all emails from Blackboard are forwarded to their preferred email address. Students can not change their email in Blackboard. We have disabled this feature to keep students from putting their preferred email into Blackboard, instead of changing it in WebReg." ... So ... PLEASE be sure to update your preferred email address in WebReg, if necessary. -- Thanks!
