The 70^th Annual William Lowell Putnam Mathematical Competition will be held this year on Saturday, December 5, 2009.

Students who do not have a bachelors degree (in any discipline) and who have taken the exam fewer than 4 times are eligible to participate.
The registration form is due in early October. Let me know if you are a CR student who wants to register!

Our next Putnam Prep "Pizza and Problems" Session for this Semester: Friday, October 16, at 4pm in PS 117 Pizza & Problems webpage on the Math Dept website Spread the word! Anyone interested can come and join in on the fun! N.B.: All students are welcome to the problem-solving sessions regardless of whether they want to participate in the Putnam Competition this year (or ever).
